Here's the fun thing about this Saturday Night Link Round Up...
It's actually happening very early on Sunday morning. Oh well! The links are fun, all the same.
Kristen from We are THAT Family shared this week on Blissfully Domestic about recycling old crayons into new, fun crayons. I have been meaning to do this for a while, and her article may just have been the kick in the pants I needed.
Trying to find ways to save money? Sarah from Genesis Moments helps you do just that with her Blissfully Domestic article on Finding Resources in Your Home.
Tasty ideas always fill The Pioneer Woman Cooks, and Ree's ideas on How to Use Plain Yogurt is no exception.
Ali at Divine Domesticity announces that fall is, indeed, on its way. To celebrate, maybe you should make some of her Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars. Yum!
If you're in the mood for fall, you'll love these little pumpkin felt pins (or she can make them as hair clips!) on Etsy at Pammy Dawn.
But, don't feel too sad, because Amy from Resourceful Mommy shares her ideas (at Blissfully Domestic) on how to help your family enjoy the last days of summer!
Simple Mom details all of the ways that she keeps organized around her house with simply a pen and a paper. No Palm Pilots necessary!
Can I admit that I do not care for my garden very well over the winter? Shhhh...don't tell the garden police. But, I have some new fabulous ideas for Winter Compost Crops thanks to Kimbrah!
I'm a sucker for a trifle recipe. Maybe it's the fact that I own a trifle bowl. I just can't help myself! The Happy Housewife posted a super simple trifle recipe this week that I just may have to try sometime soon!

Brotherly Love
Jack sat at the kitchen table, as he turned to Noah and said, "Noah, I love you. I will love you today, tomorrow, and always."
Noah smiled and said, "I know, Jack."
Jack then continued, "I even loved you yesterday."
About Me
{ About Me }
Hi! Welcome to Many Little Blessings!
My name is Angie, and I'm...
- Mom to three kids (Noah - 9, Jack - 7, and Molly - 4) -- one with Autism (Asperger's Syndrome), one with High Anxiety/Emotional Issues, and one who can sometimes be a sassy, must-have-it-my-way princess
- Wife to Eric, my high school sweetheart (12 years)
- A very excited Catholic convert (my whole family converted, and were received into the church together in April 2007)
- Busy homeschooling my kids
- A part time therapist (just a few hours per week) through my state's Early Intervention Services (for kids under the age of three with delays or disabilities)
- A writer
- A music lover
- An artist and crafter, who always seems to have an eye toward learning a new craft
- Usually tired
{ About Many Little Blessings }
Many Little Blessings is my little place on the Internet to share my life, in the hopes of both recording our memories, and helping others who stop by for a visit (whether that be with a household tip, a recipe, to uplift their spirit, or just offer a laugh).
You might find me writing about:
- Various ways I work at our household management
- Things we're doing around the house to live a little more green
- Ways we're trying to save money
- Food topics -- from recipes to books to cooking tips
- Decorating ideas that don't cost a fortune
- Our homeschooling journey
- What we're doing to continue on our faith journey
- Fun things I found around the Internet
- Crafty and artsy stuff (I'm no Martha Stewart, but I have a genuine love for crafting)
- Just about anything that pops into my head!
{ Where Else You Can Find Me }
- If you have questions, comments, or just a great idea for me, contact me via email.
- Other Blogs Where I Write: The Homeschool Classroom (Owner, Editor, Writer), Blissfully Domestic (Contributing Writer on the Blissful Food Channel and the Homeschool Bliss Channel), and Catholic Mothers Online (Owner)
- You can follow me on Twitter, even though I'm still kind of hit and miss on there.

13 Blog Names I Considered Before Choosing Many Little Blessings (TT #26)
Here are some things I considered naming this blog when I changed the title after not too long of blogging. Any of them are up for grabs, so if someone's starting a blog and loves one of them -- go for it, and don't worry about offending me. ;)
Oh...but drop me a note -- I would love to hear if someone uses one of them!
Of course, they're not all the most spectacular names ever, but I did like them all. Oh, and I never checked if there were other blogs with the same names, because I didn't end up going with them.
1. Adventures in Motherhood
2. Names that are an homage to my confirmation name (for St. Martha) -- Modern Day Martha (or) Thoroughly Modern Martha
3. Titles from a particular 10,000 Maniacs song: Blessed & Lucky (or) These Are Days (or) Grow & Bloom
4. Simply Angie (This would be especially unique if your name is not, in fact, Angie.)
5. Adventures of a Mom of Three (Again, if you're not a Mom of three, this is a very ironic title)
6. Our 1/4 Acre of Heaven (Something Eric said about our home one day)
7. Special Blessings
8. The Little Things (Tag Line: Reflections on Daily Life from a Mostly Stay at Home Mom)
9. The pearls I did not buy (based on the first poem on this list)
10. Scatter joy. (from Ralph Waldo Emerson)
11. what lies within us (thanks again, Ralph Waldo)
12. Our Little Wildflowers
13. Life's Greatest Blessing (tag line: “The love of a family is life's greatest blessing” -- this is a quote, but I didn't write down who from)
The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is encouraged! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun! Trackbacks, pings, comment links accepted!
