Many Little Links: The High Anxiety Edition

We had to deal with a pretty high anxiety relative this weekend. It seemed that every situation that popped up sent this relative into an extreme panic.

If someone told me that, I would totally be picturing some high-strung aunt or the like. No...in our case, it was our seven year old son. I swear that that child cried more this weekend than I have cried in months and months.

So, as we seriously consider that we might be in the market for a psychologist, I'll just let you enjoy some links that I have enjoyed this week...

We seem to be in the same boat. My 6 year old is very weepy lately and grinding his teeth up a storm at night. We just moved across the country and he started a new school. I am trying to learn how to decrease his anxiety. Poor boys, they are just so sensitive sometimes.
